You came here looking to find out what the best men's soap is...
You're researching this question because like me... you're concerned about what you're putting on your skin and you want to make an informed choice and not waste your money... Ok smart guy... you're probably sporting a beard aren't you!
I can tell you what ISN'T the best men's soap...
... any of the mass produced chemical filled shit that you're gonna find at the grocery store. I'm not gonna name names but you know who I'm talking about.
Grocery store shelf space is a money game... not a quality game.
What you see on the shelf are the brands that paid the most money to be in a prominent place in the store. Bottom shelf paid the store the least... eye level paid the most.. They aren't there because they are the best... they are there because they are the best bankrolled.
The bar of soap on the left is one of those commercially mass produced bars of soap I just talked about. The ones with more money behind them than the Houston Rockets! I came across this one when visiting a buddy of mine. Doesn't matter what brand... in the end, they're pretty much all the same.
What do you see?

Here's a little test to let you know if you are using shitty soap...
If your skin is dry and itchy later in the day after a shower... that is a HUGE hint that you shouldn't be using the soap you've been using. Ya I know... it was the only thing in the shower... and it smells like flowers... and your wife likes the way it smells... and I spend waaaaaaaay too much time thinking about soap.
And much like what your wife thinks to herself when you wear her underwear and crawl around the house on your knees with a dog leash around your neck... WTF is going on and why is it doing this?
Quick answer... because it's made from shitty ingredients.
Now in all fairness... this particular bar of soap in the picture has been sitting for a while. But if it dries itself out... you gotta ask yourself... what's it doing to my skin?
If you look on the ingredient list of any mass produced soap from a multinational corporation you will notice a lot of chemicals... chemicals which do not promote healthy skin. Chemicals are used instead of better quality more skin friendly ingredients because they are cheaper to purchase, have a more precise and predictable consistency... because you need a consistent formula, and are easier to get in the vast quantities needed to supply the world with their soap because they can be made in countries that are further away and have cheaper labor, more relaxed labor laws and the chemicals have a longer shelf life... which means that they don't go bad on a long ship ride to the factory for processing... or on a store shelf for months.
But why wouldn't they want to make something that's good for us???
Because as a corporation, their mandate... by law... is to pursue profit. They have no obligation to make something that is good for you. They make things that look and smell good... but they answer to their shareholders who are really only concerned with making as big a ROI on their investment as possible.
The goal of the company that produced it is also simply to target the group of people at a grocery store that want to get clean... cheaply... who aren't concerned about what they're putting on their skin... and let's face it... there's a lot of people out there like this. No judgement... just not my bag.
So back to the question of What's The Best Men's Soap...
Vice Soap
Aside from the fact that it's made mostly out of beer... and smells DELICIOUS... not like you just woke up in a brewery... has NO CHEMICALS, and it increases the size of your penis... ok... that was a lie... we made that last one up...
Vice Soap is made with raw, all natural ingredients. As organic as we can find... healthy ingredients that you could eat or put on your skin!!!
